I walked into Custom Cruises and Travel without an appointment to inquire about Caribbean cruises. Brooke Greenwald was wonderful to work with as she easily identified the type of cruise that would be most suitable for myself and my daughter. I was extremely impressed with how Custom Cruises & Travel operated as a company. Being a small company, they did an amazing job personalizing every detail of my vacation to be more than what I could have envisioned. They also gave me a lot of pointers and advice for my trip to make things easier on me. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to! I have worked with Mackenzie Krysl twice now, once for our Honeymoon and once for a vacation, and we have loved both trips! She is very patient and answers any questions that you may have. Both vacations were within our budget and included everything that we asked. All flights and transfers were included as well. It was so easy, everything was taken care of for us!! I highly recommend!
